On-line Team Registration – $175.00
Register a team (5 bowlers). When registering on-line, please provide Rick Boggs at rboggs@APCSTexas.com or by phone at 817-412-1030 the names of all team members and specify pizza type - pepperoni, sausage, supreme or other.

2017's annual Grapevine AMBUCS Charity Bowling Tournament - Main Event, 407 W. Hwy. 114 in Grapevine. Sign-in and warm-up begins at 5:30. Event begins at 6PM! More to come!

Deadline to register is Feb. 3, 2017.

$175 per team of Five (5) limited to 28 teams, includes a pizza (please select supreme, sausage pepperoni or other!
